We’ll explore your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and frequency patterns to build a clearer picture of where your system may need support. From there, we begin a personalized frequency-based session focused on the areas your system is showing as the highest priority for support. We close the session by supporting regulation and integration, helping your system settle and respond to the frequency work. Essential — $297 | 2 hours Includes your complete frequency assessment followed by a focused frequency therapy session. Comprehensive — $377 | 2.5 hours Includes the same complete frequency assessment, with additional time dedicated to frequency therapy based on your individual priorities.
